This was my first time in a Norwegian. I have mixed feelings with this one. During the first 3 days, the service was terrible. First day only 2 towels in the room, safe was locked and they came to fix it after several calls to Guest services, probably 3 hours later. Second day, I threw up and I didn't have time to get to the bathroom, I cleaned the carpet and took all the bedding sheets outside. They put new bedding but no comforter, when I went to bed I had nothing to use as a blanket. 3rd day, we had an excursion, went to grab the pool towels that were supposed to be in the cabin...No pool towels!. That night we called and all the supervisors came and checked everything and from that day until the end of the cruise everything was perfect.

Food: same menu in the buffet every single day. The complimentary restaurants were very nice and service outstanding, but one night I ordered a Lasagna which I didn't like too much, next day I had dinner at the Italian specialty restaurant (La Cucina), ordered Lasagna and it was the same!!!.
