My wife and I have always chosen mid size ships so this time we decided to go with the worlds largest. The large number of passengers were never a problem and the ship was full and had around 2,000 children. We never felt crowded. All dining experiences were great although the menus shown on the in room TV and online were sometimes not we were given when dining. I did the Abyss and the zip line and there was never much of a line. The Flowriders did seem to be more popular.
For us, the entertainment fell a bit short. Talent was exceptional but the unnecessary vulgar additions to the scripts added nothing and was a disappointment. The Fine Line water show was really strange - unusual use of great talent.
The ports of call where not that important to us but St Marten was the best for us. The port used at St Thomas was very commercial and no beach was in sight.
Bed is near balcony which was great for us. Lots of storage. Suitcases fit well under the bed. TV programming is OK but watch out for unexcpected profane language that seemed to be added on some of the shows. Short walk up 2 decks to Windjammer - elevator wait can be long sometimes.
We took a city tour in St Thomas. The view from the Mountaintop was great
This is out second time to St Maarten - enjoyed the beach and Caribo beer ($3) while wife shopped.
