We booked with a travel agent that included precruise and postures tours, airfare and transfers. The entire experience was excellent. Embarkation ran smoothly. We did private tours which were interesting and fun and we met some wonderful people. The ships staff were so friendly and spoke to us always as we passed by including those cleaning the common areas. The Captains Club manager,Rati, was amazing and very helpful. The cocktail waiters in the Reflection lounge were very efficient. Our room steward was superb and over and above helpful and no request was delayed or unmet. The entertainment was mixed and not all was to our liking but tribute shows are not our cup of tea. The two women musicians, violin and guitar ( can't remember their name) were wonderful. In all fairness, with all the different people on board it is impossible to meet everyone's tastes. The food in the MDR was excellent every night. I would say we were very pleased with our experience on the Constellation.
