We picked the cruise for the two days in Havana. Those days were great - they were well organized, clear instructions, lots of choices, etc. While Cuba is a poor country, it was a good experience to interact with guides and locals and see their history.
Harvest Caye Belize is just a cruise ship owned island. It was a pool/beach day. The pool is large and clean with swim up bar and good service. We had a pool cabana which we thought was worth the money for the service and having a shady place to relax. But the beach and pool were never crowded (rather empty actually) so it was not required.
Costa Maya was a disappointment. The snorkeling tour was a 45 min bus ride to an unexciting location, with poor snorkeling. The water had at least 30 feet of heavy sea grass before you get to any visibility then it was just moderate visibility with lots of algae. This is the site of a former dolphin swim but instead they have sunk cars/plane/helicopter in a failed attempt to make a new reef. it was dismal. And then you are stuck there for an additional hour and half with drinks and food for sale. It was fine, but not interesting and not worth it. It appears better to have stayed in the little port and swam at the pool. the vendors at this port are very aggressive however, and that makes it unpleasant.

Cabin was spacious, clean and well appointed. We had a lovely balcony. Mini bar was refreshed with the perrier we continued to use (we didn't use the other items as the bar was just nearby).
it's a lovely cruise made island with a huge pool, swim up bar, restaurants and beach. the zip line is dismal (does nowhere and first line most people got stuck before the end). But the facilities are lovely, clean and offered very good staff service.
