Embarkation in Sydney was quick and impressive and demarkation at Singapore was very smooth and orderly and as we were in no hurry we didn't mind waiting to be in one of the last groups. There were a lot of people on board but no point whinging about this because it is very clear how many passengers it takes. I had no issues with anything except selfish passengers who try to reserve all the lounges around the pools whilst they go off eating or other activities. This isn't a reflection on RCI, just Australian passengers. Service was good as always but I don't think they have the right staff to passenger ratios, especially in some bars and coffee areas, I think they underestimated how we Australians like a drink, coffee as well as alcohol. My only issue was the cabin and the crew noise - not complaining about the crew as they deserve to have a party and/or concert but they need to soundproof Cabin 7510 or use it as a storeroom. Loved the location of Michaels Pub where I could have a quiet beer whilst the boss went shopping. Great entertainment, just make sure you book it before to depart. Anytime dining worked well for us. Overall, this ship isn't for me, as I don't like the big crowds, but I would certainly recommend it, but just steer clear of Cabin 7510.
Cabin was good, clean and not much of an obstruction, good value. Plenty of room for clothes. However as it was the most forward cabin on Deck 7 the crew noise was terrible. At least two nights of the 14 the crew were having concerts & parties and we couldn't get any sleep until 3:00am. I would recommend they use this cabin as a storeroom or soundproof it a little better. RCI did offer to move us to another room at 2:00am which didn't really suit. RCI has since offered us a discount on a future cruise.
