This was our 7th cruise with Royal Caribbean and based on past cruises the crew did not seem connected to the passengers. We usually get to know various members on the ship and on this cruise the crew members didn't socialize with the passengers. They have eliminated the assigned bar attendant in the dining room and pushed that responsibility onto the assistant waiter which was very unfair to them. This in turn caused the dining room service to suffer. The wait staff around the pool was virtually non existent unless they had a event pool side which was rare. Our complaints to guest services were useless. They acknowledged our complaints and thanked us for our input but did nothing to resolve our issues. As members of the Crown and Anchor Society the rewards of being a loyal customer are diminishing. Royal Caribbean is trying to cuts cost all across the board and it shows.

Port Reviews

Cozumel

Paradise Beach in Cozumel was amazing.

Costa Maya

Victor and his staff at Pitaya Beach Club in Costa Maya were top notch. We wanted for nothing, they were great!! A must visit!!

Tampa

By far the best port for embarking and disembarking. The wait time was virtually non existent.
