The port of Baltimore is convenient to where we live and the crew on Grandeur is the most wonderful at sea, the food on Grandeur could be much improved as would the variety of food selections, it is shame that several staple items such as rack of lamb are no longer on the main dining room dinner menu and the choice of temperature degrees are limited. Grandeur is an older ship and needs much work, things are wearing out, we hope that the current drydock will correct items such as the leak in the solarium roof when it rains. We love the crew, they are friendly, helpful and accommodating, it is just a shame that the ship needs so much work for updates. That's about all we can say for right now, hope RCCL will update this ship that has such a the wonderful crew and we as Pinnacle Club members can enjoy more future cruises on Grandeur.

Cabin Review

Junior Suite

Cabin JS

The cabin is OK, the bathroom needs work, it is old and when draining the tub the emergency drain pumped water back onto the floor of the bathroom. The storage is the cabin was good, but our suite cases would not fit under the bed as they do on other newer Royal Caribbean ships.

Port Reviews

Charleston

The city of Charleston is a wonder to see and the Carriage ride is the best way to see it, the only thing that would be better is if the city did not regulate the route the tour takes and it could be a longer tour.
