Traveled with children

We chose to travel with our grandchildren and their parents to celebrate both of the children's 3rd & 11th birthdays. We chose aft balconies on the port side. We usually were on the land side when we docked and saw the port. I suggest the starboard side (right) if you are doing the Southern Caribbean. The cakes we purchased for them were absolutely delicious. They did not have real candles but chocolate ones. Our family was treated like royalty and our wait staff made every effort to make us feel like we were the most special family on the cruise. We loved the split bathrooms for privacy. However, the toilet side was a bit small and a passenger over 200 lbs may have to keep the door open. The availability of time with the characters was great. Lots of photo ops and our little one had a a Stitch pin and a host actually found Stitch and brought him over to our grandson for a private fun time with pictures. The pirate night was fun and everyone had a great time along with the fireworks display. There were many adults on board without any children. We are in Palo adults only $30 pp. It was amazing.I strongly suggest this specialty restaurant. Loved the FREE self service soda fountain on Deck 9. Lunch and breakfast in Cabanas was filled with good quality foods, even shrimp and crab legs for lunch. Loved that everytime when you entered a dining venue a staff member gave you a hand sanitizer. Never had any long lines. The ship was spotless for stem to stern. I am a travel agent and I have cruised on over 50 cruises. I must say that the food and service on Disney Magic was wonderful.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah

Cabin 04B

Clean, loved split bath with shower/ small tub/sink. toilet /sink side was very small.

towels were large, new and fluffy. cabin attendant was great. Room was always clean.

Our aft cabin had the white steel wall. I would sit on a pillow so I could see land. The curvature of the ship prevented the wall to be glass. Loved the location on deck 5 aft.

The bed was very comfortable. Sofa made into a single bed at night. The cabin area was separated with a room darkening curtain for privacy for a triple. Loved the Godiva chocolates at night at turn down. Carpets looked new.
