Celebrating our 20th anniversary and having 2 teen daughters, teen program on RCCL was the reason I chose this cruise line. My kids loved it! Reading the reviews before hand I was prepared that the food will be bad and the beds will be very uncomfortable. That was definitely not the case!!! Taking to the travel agent, he made a good point - "You can't please everyone". We travel a lot, to Europe, Hawaii, around the US and I can state the fact that the food on this cruise was excellent, our main dining room waiter (table 12) always recommended the best meals, it was tasty and beautifully presented. The Windjammer buffet style also had tasty food, and those complaining about the hot dogs - I actually never had a hot dog, there was plenty of choices for all different taste buds. But, it is a buffet so do not expect gourmet meals, all food was flavorful and plenty of choices. My husband did go in at 11pm and got us some really good crepes. The Promenade cafe always had plenty of sandwiches and deserts, try the cheesecake - I still dream about it. Also good coffee and wonderful selection of teas - all complementary. My kids tried the pizza and said it was very good, and they are pizza snobs. I did bring two bottles of wine on board as allowed and that was more than enough for us, we didn't buy drink package and only purchased a case of water that was delivered to our room. There is water self service everywhere and lemonade in the main dining room was really good. We really didn't need any drinks other than that.

Cabin - my bed was sunk in when we arrived, first night was uncomfortable, I told that to our room attendant, he obviously changed the bed and it was perfect for the rest of the cruise, as comfortable as my bed at home, we slept great, and my husband actually hurt his back few days before we left for the cruise and was in pain but he felt good during the cruise. Cabin was nice, clean, but bring your own toiletries, bar of soap and shampoo was provided and we didn't use it. We truly enjoyed our balcony!

Ship overall is beautiful, very very clean, it's not the newest ship, and the cabin shows some wear but it is clean and taken care of.
