I have been on the Paradise twice before and several other Carnival cruises as well as other lines. Never have I experienced so many problems. The wait times for anytime were worse than a chain restaurant on a Friday night and the meals other than 2 were some of the worst food ever on a cruise line. The sad part is the last time were on the Paradise was a completely opposite experience.

The guest services always had a line when we walked by which is never a good sign. Before leaving we were already in the process of booking another two cruises including one definitely on Carnival. I will probably be retiring my Gold card at this point even though a few more trips would have got us to platinum. The public bathrooms were constantly a mess. It was very hard getting a drink at the bar with very long waits. The Aft pool literally had plaster lining falling off and yellow underlining completely exposed. It is like Carnival just gave up on this ship and it's customers. Very poor experience overall.

I forgot a pair of sunglasses in my locked stateroom. I followed up immediately with carnival so I could have them sent back to me. The only people with access to the stateroom at that point would have been a carnival employee. I was just sent an e-mail that they would have loved to return them regrettably but they weren't found. I found this shocking that they would have gone "missing". Very disheartening considering an addition to the normal gratuities we left a nice note with extra money for a stateroom person. If it wasn't him, and I would hope not as he seemed very nice then whoever he turned them into but either way very sad. After having a bad experience during the cruise and the way this was handled our next two cruises this year will "regrettably" not be on Carnival.
