Cozumel snorkeling excursion tour guide, Yanter

We had an amazing time! This was our first cruise and won't be the last. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary while on the cruise. I recommend the deluxe balcony state room, the views and fresh air was nice. From beginning to end it was a positive and great experience. Crew members were very friendly and accommodating. Our waiters were not only polite and helpful but fun!

Our first stop was Costa Maya, and it was very nice. We did the Segway Beach Break excursion. It was fun and the tour guides were amazing and took good care of us. Didn't take long to learn the ropes on the segways. The beach break was just that, stopped for a cold drink and a snack and sat at an umbrella table at the very pretty beach to haggle with the friendly locals. I would recommend this to anybody that likes to be on the move and see the sights along the way. Our second stop was Cozumel. It was gorgous and not as crazy, busy port as I expected. We did the Snorkel and Sea Lion Show excursion. Wow! What a wonderful experience. The beach they took us to snorkel at was beautiful and peaceful. The guides, especially Yanter was fun and very knowledgeable in all that we did. We not only snorkeled and saw lots of cool sea life but made guacamole at the beach bar and restaurant. Then had a cool tequila tasting and tour. We just caught the tail end of sea lion show because the tequila tour was so fun!! We then were taken back to port via nice taxi ride to a Margaritaville for a drink that was also included. This excursion was well worth the money. The overall experience of this cruise was excellent and I would recommend Royal Caribbean Independence of the Seas to all. From the dinning and entertainment on the ship to the shore excursions it was a fantastic and memorable trip!
