Very inefficient embarkation process. Ship has been in service for 8 years and its is beginning to look scruffy. The staterooms are tiny. Drinking water is not included in price of the stateroom. 18 USD pr day per device for internet access is unheard of in 2017. As is 60 USD for photographs per person. The food was at best mediocre but the serving staff were extremely helpful. Staff seem to be underpaid as you are presented a bill of 16 USD per stateroom per day for stateroom attendant gratuity. Makes you wonder whether RCCL is paying its staff if they force you to tip them. Don't mind paying tips as long as the service level deserves it (it did in our case and we tipped our attendant extra directly for extremely good service). Only high point was the helpfulness of general staff and the stopover in Cozumel. RCCL's main mission seems to be to squeeze out every last $ out of their customers. Left me feeling royally screwed. I cannot in good faith recommend RCCL to anyone.

Ocean View Stateroom

Cabin F

Was expecting stateroom to be at least 30-40% larger. Hugely dissapoined.
