Chose to fly direct to San Juan so that were started cruise in the Caribbean instead of days at sea sailing from Miami great boat our only criticism of room 7430 was that below our balcony was a sort of steel cover for the lifeboats below which extended out about 10ft so we had no view down to the sea . We had great view horizontally but no view downwards. I would carefully choose my cabin next time to avoid this. Other gripe was that pre booked port excursions were overpriced. We went onto each port. Easily found approved taxis and got same excursion for at least half the price. Organised excursions always started at 0830 which was a bit early for us. Otherwise cruise was outstanding. The cabins were great. All staff were outstanding especially dining room waiters who became great friends. Boat although full never seamed crowded. Always plenty of sun beds. None of that sun bed towel nonsense. Drinks package at about £300/person/week seemed expensive but when you found out everything was chargeable even water and coffe it actually turned out to be good deal . Food was always plentiful. Head for open area at back of ship behind windjammer for great alfresco dining. All bars on board were great. Stabilised pool table was very odd to play on but vey clever. Always seemed to be something going on in central atrium area. Always seemed to be some fun going on somewhere but easy to find quiet area if that was required Would definitely recommend cruise and ship

Cabin Review

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E3

Obviously not huge but very good for what was required. Very comfy beds. Air con worked well balcony good but below us was steel cover which extended out about 10 ft over the lifeboat below and extended the length of the ship so could not look down to the sea, only horizontally. Well maintained by room staff
