Sailed as a solo traveler and enjoyed the benefit of NCL having studio cabins so I do not have to pay double occupancy. The Cruise Director assigns a staff member to host the solo travelers to help arrange dinner and show reservations. This creates a social atmosphere to enjoy.
The transatlantic cruise had excellent stop overs before reaching final destination of Barcelona.
The Epic, like many new NCL ships, has a Thermal Spa, which is excellent to enjoy and relax in. This is an excellent value if you can use it every day.
Cabin Review
Studio
Studio cabin has all that you need. The shower is smaller than a regular cabin and not suitable for larger people. The studio cabins have an attached separate lounge area where solo travelers meet up and mingle.
