Overall an excellent cruise. Very disappointed that we were unable to make the Coco Cay port. This was what my family was most looking forward to. The ship did not have much in the way for teens. There was no basketball court which was a huge issue for teenage boys. The fitness center also had very little room for weight lifting and too much room for group classes. The people trying to work out were all huddled around one small bench and free weights while the whole floor area was only being used by one or two people.
The staff on board, especially our dining room waiter made up for any other shortcomings. The head waiter we had all week was by far the best we have ever had. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The ship needed some updates (the shower curtains needed replaced) and there was definitely some wear and tear on the ship. However, everything felt clean even if a little old. The "Revoiced" entertainment group was fantastic and the comedian and magician were good but there was not much else for entertainment. Overall, it was a good cruise but I will know better next time to ask about specific amenities that my teens might enjoy.
Shower head kept falling off wall. Curtains had mold on them. The room was clean overall and the bathroom was clean, just needed some updates.
Nice mix of shopping, history, laid back atmosphere.
Nice day at Cocoa Beach
First experience heading to South Beach. Lots of great restaurants and shopping.
Not impressed. Too many people trying to sell you stuff and take you places. I felt like I was at a meat market.
