Dissappointing would be the sentiment that comes to mind when I think of this particular cruise.

Consistently long food lines for dining of over an hour with "on my time dining" (what a misnomer!), slow service once seated largely due to too many tasks assigned to the waitress/waiter (they no longer have servers for drinks like Disney), and the food isn't quite what I expected. We are perhaps spoiled with a chef school in our town and expect all dining experiences to measure up. The Windjammer (their buffet restaurant) looked to be full of rehashed food from the day thoroughly enjoyed both experiences.

worse ever customer service, dont want to resolve the problems, looking for someone to blame it on. Very unclean some of the public areas, specialy in Aqua theatre, got oil stains on our dress and its not coming out. Will not recomend this ship to anyone, feel bad for my friends that i have brought on board
