As a teacher, I am limited in choosing when and where I cruise. This trip worked well with my Spring Break. There were many positives such as the music, 4 of the ports we visited and dining room service. Unfortunately, we also experienced several events involving deceptive practices. For instance, we asked for a damaged photo to be reprinted only to return several hours later to find the same bent photo. The person behind the desk had scrutinized the photo and apparently decided there was no need. He argued with us then got rid of us by filling out a reprint request. When we asked him to step into the natural light to look at the photo the second time, he went to get it reprinted, but there was no apology or anything similar. Also, we ordered $13 wine on a 10 drink card we had been told was for anything up to $14 per glass. The waitress came to say it was only for up to $12 and argued with us demanding to know specifically who had said $14. When we told her, she went and had the restaurant manager bring us another cheaper wine thinking we would not know the difference. Additionally, we did not stop at Coco Cay due to swells being too large for the tenders. The cruise director blithely announced that this port had not been usable "for months" yet no adjustment or modification has been made and none is planned. There were other instances, but the net result is that this cruise line does not respect its passengers enough to deal fairly and honestly with them.
The cabin was spacious with plenty of storage.
