Upon arriving at the (not so) grand suite we were met by filthy linen and towels, dust and hair all over the dressing table, soft furnishing's used as toilet tissue and general disrepair.

Paid for all inclusive drinks, whilst it is accepted that this excludes (genuine) premium drinks, to be informed that unbranded 500ml still water is a premium drink and therefore not included on all inclusive sets the tone well. The house wine is vile, didn't know wine that bad existed.

Food is awful, unless you pay a £15 premium for a steak, which then just about meets the minimum standard i would of expected anyway. If you pay to eat in the bistro restaurant every night, that is at least palatable, but why should you. Read more
