We travelled with Royal Caribbean for 10 years. Was on Harmony in January, and wanted to show this beautiful ship to grandchildren. Maybe because of school break, but my experience was different 3 months later.
We are not picky on food - it is always very good and variable. But service people are so overloaded with work, that I don't know how they keep to remain so pleasant and helpful.
Elevator's service was not in January, but in April it was even worse. 6 elevators on each side (does not matter on what part of the ship you are), but only half of them seem to circulate. People breath to each other face - that how crowed they are. While being upset myself, I heard a lot of complains from others too about elevator's service.
