We investigated a lot before booking with Viking. This was our first trip to Europe. We usually take "sun" vacations but decided it was time to see more of the world. We chose Viking due to the size of the ship, no children, price and itinerary. We definitely made the right choice. PERFECT for us!
The ship is new and beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. The crew is constantly cleaning and painting. They really seem to take pride in their ship.
The crew is unbelievable. We did not pass one crew member that did not acknowledge us! They all seem to be happy and smiling - they all seem to enjoy what they do. Even the other travelers, everyone seemed to be very laid back and easy to talk with.
Cabin Review
Beautiful room - very spacious. Only a few hangers when we arrived - though the room steward was right there asking if we needed more hangers. Bathroom is beautiful, even heated floors. The only thing missing was a magnifying mirror (for those over 50)
