I chose this cruise for the dates available and the destinations. It was a first cruise for my son and 2 grandsons.
Between the pools, water slide and the Circle C club, the 12 and 13 year old cousins found plenty to do on board.
Since both boy were picky eaters, we did the buffet for all meals. They either went through the line with us or went for burgers or pizza while the older folk went through the line. Then we all met at the same table for our meal together.

It was a little cramped with 2 adults and 2 kids but being able to escape to the balcony was a blessing. The staff kept the small beds out of the way during the day and made up for the night. That went a long way towards making it more enjoyable.
