I have been cruising with Royal for a while now, and have been on Navigator once before. This has been my best cruise so far! We had amazing service in the dining room and loved our servers, Diogo and Delsa. They made sure we were 100% satisfied each meal! The gentlemen, Aurin and Earl, who worked at the Solarium bar were great! They kept us laughing and made drinks that were made based on our likes. The best part was that everyone we met, that worked on the ship, remembered our names after one meeting! The only negative was that the Broadway show in the main theater on the second night was pretty bad. The songs were not well known, so my whole party lost interest pretty quickly. Plus, the singing was not 100%.
In Cozumel, we went on the Dolphin Push, pull and swim with lunch break and it was AMAZING!!! The dolphin experience was fun and exciting and the food and drinks after were delicious!
Overall, this was an amazing trip and I cannot wait to go again!!!
The room was small but enjoyable, with a great balcony! It shared a door to 1308, which is excellent if you have family in that room. Overall, very nice!
It was a bit chaotic in port. They had to close the security line at one point due to the building being at capacity. This port tends to have issues getting all of the passengers onto the ship smoothly.
The locals tend to be really pushy to the cruise ship passengers, making it a little uncomfortable to walk around. Otherwise, it is a beautiful location.
