BACKGROUND: I selected this cruise because it was offered during spring break and wanted to bring three friends with me. I'm a teacher and needed a fun little getaway. This was a complimentary cruise that I won through Carnival through a sweepstakes for the Vista 360 tour. You got to love a cruise line where people actually win free cruises!!! Thanks Carnival!

EMBARKATION/DISEMBARKATION: We purchased the Faster to the Fun pass and that made our embarkation process very smooth and loved that our room was ready right away. On disembarkation day we did self-assist and were off the ship and in our taxi to the airport in no time at all. Our room was an ocean view and it was well appointed but crowded (as expected) with four adult women sharing the room. We didn't come on the cruise to hang out in the room so it was perfect for our needs.

SHIP: When I cruised the Breeze last October with my family of five and loved the experience and I was excited to try out Freedom. Freedom is a very nice ship with many of the same amenities as the Breeze (and a few extra too) and it was very easy to get around, Its decor is a little bit gaudy or garish in a fun weird way but it kind of grew on me throughout the cruise and actually ended up really liking it. I did feel like the interior was a little too dark though but nothing that would ruin a fun trip,

Great cabin. We had four adult women and managed to have a great time on our girl's spring break cruise.
