This was my 3rd Smooth Jazz Cruise and it was by far THE WORST! This ship was just bad from beginning to end! Looked in the refrigerator in my room and found half eaten yogurt and utensils. Bathroom grout horrible...bed was really more of a "cot". Dust was under the frig and looked as if it had not been cleaned in quite a while. Food was bland, ALWAYS Luke warm to cold... room service was the same and wouldn't even bring a straw (that's not included in room service). Caution tape around pool area... staff seemed REALLY overworked and not very happy. Ship just not clean..... several guest got sick and were quarantined to their room. Will NEVER do another cruise on Celebrity! Everyone I chatted with was extremely disappointed. Main dining room was no better...and specialty restaurants are overpriced!!! To top it all off, both myself and my roommate b came sick 2 days before the cruise was over as well..... ship needs much better cleaning!!!!
