Cabin: Mini-Suite with Balcony

We were in Cabin 11531 Class MB Mini Suite right below the pool area. Worst location ever, constant running children and noise that we could barely tolerate. NCL even had the gall to tell we were upgraded to a mid-ship cabin; I would have rather stayed where were. I'm not getting seasick, and I actually enjoy the rocking of the boat. Food in the Garden Cafe has gotten almost inedible, and even though we purchased 5 Speciality dinner, those were eh. Better than the Garden Cafe for sure but still not worth the money. Maybe it's the time of year and Spring Break, but there were way too many children running around, the staff was an all-around unpleasant experience. The worst was WiFi; it was almost unusable. It took nearly 30 minutes to log onto work (we booth needed access to work), and it was slower than dial-up. Constant time-outs on websites etc. As an Engineer, I know what I'm talking about, and I complained to the Manager on-call, not that incompetent Internet Manager, and he admitted to me that it hadn't been this bad in 15 years since he joined NCL. Clearly, it's a capacity issue, and that NCL has not had the foresight to plan accordingly is in my mind inexcusable. The nerve to charge over $200 for seven days almost unusable Internet is making me re-think to ever travel with them again even though we are Platinum members. Being a Platinum member gives you, a bottle of cheap Champagne, some old chocolate covered strawberries, and that's it. They claim you have priority boarding - not true, and priority disembarkment - also a lie.

Tepanyaki was entertaining, and the food was good. Cagney's Steakhouse was only OK. The best restaurant was Le Bistro, but I noticed that almost in all cases the bread they served was old and re-baked - who are they trying to fool? Moderno is just a joke; they run around with long skewers of undefined brown chunks of meat and try to pawn it off on you.
