Overall we were pleased with the entire cruise. The room was clean. The steward took care of all our needs quickly. The main dining room service was a bit slow. We mostly ate in the windjammer after the third day. The food in both places was great. just more leisurely in the windjammer. The best coffee was at the promenade cafe. We even stopped by there to take coffee to the windjammer for breakfast! My wife loved it when she ordered potato chips through room service. Unfortunately that will not happen again since they will soon start charging for room service at ALL times. BAD MOVE RCI!! We did not do any ship excursions. We did things on our own and enjoyed it much better than the cattle drive ones the ship has. We took a local bus to Nelsons dockyard on Antigua for just $2 each way!! Walked to the boatyard on Barbados. Had a private tour on St Kitts. And just explored the local area in St Martin and St Lucia. A great time!!!

Promenade Stateroom

Cabin PR

No problems with the cabin. Only one night with a little promenade noise. Not really a problem though, always quiet at night.

Port Reviews

San Juan

Loved this place. We must have walked every street in Old San Juan. Saw a flamenco show at Triana restaurant. Very good! Had coffee at Caficultura great coffee!! we stayed at the Sheraton Old San Juan. great location for exploring the old town.

Barbados

We walked over to the Boatyard. Took about 20 minutes. Went out in a boat to snorkel with the turtles had a drink got a couple chairs and an umbrella for $20 each. Good relaxing time. We could have also had a free ride back to the port but walked back through the town and looked around.

St. Lucia

Here we just walked around the town. Very interesting to get away from the port and see what the islands are really like. We did not feel afraid and never felt in danger.

St. Maarten

We took the local bus to Nelsons dockyard for just $2USD each way. A great way to see the island. They even had TV on the bus! $8USD to get in the place. I recommend the meat pies in the bakery there!
