Love Royal Caribbean. Good food. Good people. Chops Grille not worth extra money (colossal shrimp in shrimp cocktail were tough, no where near as good as smaller shrimp in main dining room). Excellent cabin steward! Lines at check-in and customs need work. The customs app saves nothing. Still need all the same documents. Only two agents vs 20 or so for the others. The others moved faster. Unless I am missing something it is not worth it (without improvements). A couple of bartenders need better supervision and/or attitudes. The coke machines on cruises we have taken with the machines always seem to run out on the last night and are not filled until the next morning - same again this time. Can not wait for next cruise and it will be on Royal Caribbean. Hopefully they will take some of my observations and work on changing them to make the experience even better next time.
