We like the ABC & was an excellent way to cap of 1 month in Florida. This was our 6th cruise on RCI and 17th overall. The ship is starting to show its age and although it won't be done should probably be taken out of service for intense servicing. The food in the main dining room except for lobster night was poorest we have ever experienced. Food and the service in Chops was excellent. The Chefs Table was well worth the money and a great experience. The shows put on by the RCI singers & dancers were not that good. Horizon show was excellent as was the ventriloquist. The cruise director Drew McIntyre was the poorest one we have had the privilege of sailing with. Had a concern about one of the shows never responded. Captain didn't show up at the Top Tier event. People never received invite to Cruise Critic meet & mingle. Wrong location on Top Tier event invite. One day had 4 different events that overlapped. Diamond lounge was well run. RCI should concentrate on providing excellent food and services on the ships they have in the fleet instead of building new ones. We will probably not cruise RCI again
