I have enjoyed the cruise. The ship is lovely, beautifully decorated, very conveniently arranged – obviously, much thought and effort went into the planning. The food is healthy, attractive, deliciously prepared and of very nice variety. The staff was attentive, always friendly, cheerful and willing to be helpful.

However, the experience was marred by the following:

I initially booked the 4-day pre-tour in Florence, the Rome-to-Barcelona cruise and the following Barcelona-to-Rome cruise for my husband and myself. Sterling Reed, the booking agent I talked with was most helpful. At this point I was so happy with the service and the details of the trip that I invited a friend to join us. She asked for the same booking agent, received the same good service from him, and signed up for the same trip. Read more
