Don't go during spring break

This was the second time we have cruised on the Allure of the Seas, we loved it so much last time, that we booked this cruise on it. What a mistake.
So many people that were nasty, leaving dirty dishes all over the ship.People eating over the food in the Windjammer, and so many people you couldn't find a clean table, some of the lines were long at the Windjammer.
The hot tubes were filled with kids, close to 15 to 25 at a time, who wants to get into a hot tub after all those kids. The pools close at 6 pm.
The elevators were super slow. People saving the pool chairs for more then 30 mins and no one doing anything about it.
The next cruise person was rude and not helpful on helping us plan our next cruise for our whole family.
Cozmuel didn't have much to offer, other then shopping and the town is 3 miles away from the port. Nothing really to do right at the port.
