We had been on the Riviera on the transatlantic to Barcelona in the spring of 2016 and enjoyed it so much we decided to book again.

The itinerary was different - the Azores, Tangier, Mallorca and then Barcelona but unfortunately we encountered a big storm and we were forced to go to Madeira instead of the Azores. This was just fine by most passengers but we had visited Madeira on last year's cruise so were looking forward to the Azores. However that having been said we had a lovely time there and did things we hadn't done on our last visit.

Embarkation was more difficult that previously because Oceania had been assigned a different berth in Miami - displaced I believe by Regent - and so they were scrambling around trying to cope with the change. There was a power failure which added to the problems so we were rather cranky (as were others) by the time we got on board.

Nicely appointed and very nice bathroom with full bath. Good storage space.
