Love cruising, this was #21 for us. It does seem that some details of customer service have begun to slip. Hard to pinpoint, but just seemed to get short and somewhat terse responses to some basic questions. Not awful, just disappointing. Maybe just this ship...

Food was OK to pretty good, service was acceptable, but it is obvious that "Anytime Dining" is still a work in progress for RCCL.

As a member of the most unwelcome guests, that being smokers, I was really upset that there was no smoking at the Casino bar. Why these ships can't find a way to designate one inside venue that allows smoking is beyond me. I not only understand, but agree, with most of the non-smoking rules, but it has gotten ridiculous.
