We chose this cruise because of the itinerary. There were only 2 sea days out of 10 days.

We spent the night before sailing in Old San Juan because you never know how the weather will be in Wisconsin and we had flight delays in the past. Old San Juan is very easy to navigate and you feel entirely safe walking around even in the evening. We had drinks and appetizers at Greengos on Calle Fortaleza. They have $5 margaritas during happy hour.

The ship is well maintained and the staff is very friendly. Everyone you pass in the hallways says hello with a smile! Our waiter at dinner would bring us extra desserts when we couldn't decide which ones to select. He also did puzzles and magic tricks for us with toothpicks. He made dinner such a fun experience that we looked forward to each evening.
