My comments relate only to Majesty. I've heard other RCCL cruises are great. 1. The food was horrible, especially in the dining room. You'd think that would be superior to the buffet, but it was not. 2. Cococay day: food stopped serving at 1:30 despite the fact we were on the island until 3:30. "We made an announcement" we were told when we walked over to the BBQ after they had just shut it down. I'm not sure where/when that announcement was made. In the water you can't hear anything; nor can you hear anything in your state room when on the ship. 3. I was without internet all of Cocoday day until mid-evening. When I called guest relations, I was told there was a satellite issue. Then I called and was connected to someone in IT who said they would call me back in 5 minutes with a new code. That call never came. I am going to request a refund. 4. The final night of the cruise, a bunch of people went to Boleros for a trivia game that never happened. Nor did a RCCL team member EVER come in and tell us what was going on. Despite our multiple attempts to talk with crew members all over the ship. At one point (about 45 minutes in) a female blonde crew member came in the room, had a lively discussion with a male crew member, and then just left. Nothing said to your guests. "A disappointing way to end the cruise" summed it up from the woman sitting behind me. 5. I was on the cruise for a barmitzvah. They planned for it to be on their suite's balcony. Yet, they were pressure cleaning that side of the boat. So we all squeezed into the suite. The chairs your staff were delivering did not make it on time, so the barmitzvah began late. Which meant we were late for Cococay, and then we got no food. 6. Overall, the ship needs an overhaul; accommodations are old, stale, and coming apart. The crew is not very well versed in customer service. We are not demanding people. We are people who expect a good experience for our hard earned money. And we got less than that. I put on Facebook our experience with the trivia night and tagged RCCL, but have not heard from an associate. I would think you have people trolling social media for both good and negative reviews.

Cabin Review

Ocean View Stateroom

Cabin F3

Old and outdated. But worst of all, I felt like I was having seizures the entire trip. For some reason, this cabin vibrated, making me feel like my heart was going to jump right out of my chest. Strange.
