Do not book if they want to put you in concierge room 8114! This cabin is adjoined to the sewage line. Our bathroom smelled of raw sewage constantly. We also had no water pressure in the shower. I resorted to using the spa showers since there was no control over those facilities. The passenger to crew ratio is way too high! Lots of complaining crew members. Overcrowded bars so getting a drink near impossible even while waving large tip money. Pool service was rare. Food on the buffet was not kept to proper temperature so th cheese got crusty, the scrambled eggs were lukewarm and runny and the meat was odd looking. We Never really ever saw our concierge. Usually they introduce themselves but given the amount of rooms he had to cover we understood. Ship was going to dry dock for 10 days. Hopefully will get things in shape!
