From the beginning, this ship and crew were below par. Many issues with uncaring or even rude staff, not having rooms cleaned, doors off their hinges in the bathroom, toenail clippings on the bathroom floor, mediocre food at best, prebooking excurions where tickets did not show up (causing us to wait in long lines TWICE to get the tickets), constantly being 'nickel and dimed' to death.

However, the high light was when we watched 'our' food order being served to other diners, watching them put their forks in the food, watching the waiters run back to the table, grab the plates and then bring them to us to eat. REALLY? I think there are food standards about leaving food on a table, then going back and taking it elsewhere. If that wasn't bad enough, we actually witnessed another episode of food being served, then retreived and taken to another guest (didn't see if the first person touched / ate that food). This was disgusting. If they are willing to do this in front of guests, what on earth is going on in the kitchens?

On a positive note, this is the only cruise I have ever taken where I lost weight.... I will NEVER cruise with Norwegian again. First and last time.

Cabin Review

Oceanview Porthole Window

Cabin OG

Small, noisy, door to toilet area was not on track and was not fixed after speaking to cabin steward about it. Not cleaned well (blood on bedsheets, sheets not tucked in), mildew smell throughout cabin.
