It was a last minute vacation plan. We weren't really sure if we wanted to do a cruise so to satisfy our curiosity we went ahead and planned a quick weekend one to "test the waters", so to speak. We sure are thrilled we did. Fantastic time! It was not anything like we were expecting. The ship itself was VERY WELL MAINTAINED, spotless deck and room. The food was delicious, all staff & crew were very helpful and courteous, lots of shows to see, large casino and full spa salon to mention a few. The shore excursions were a breeze as they are very well handled getting off and back on the ship. There were all ages aboard from little babies to senior citizens. A great mix of people that all looked as if they were enjoying themselves. I will say that we were one of the few "first timers" as most of the people we spoke with had already had numerous cruises under their caps. Next time I will remember to pack my bathing suit in my carry on bag because we were aboard and at the pool hours before our luggage arrived at our rooms. Our only regret is that we wish we had booked a longer cruise. We will definitely do this again...and invite more people to go with us!
