My wife and I had traveled with Norwegian Cruise line over 30 times. We were supposed to have a priority boarding area, but were not checked in for several minutes after people we brought with us who had never been on a cruise before. Terrible service.

My left hand is paralyzed and I brought a knife that I use to cut up my meals for dinner. It was taken away by security and they refused to return it. I was not even able to get it back after the cruise was over. I have a breathing disorder and a battery-powered fan was taken away from me and it took several hours and multiple meetings to have it returned. The breakfast meal in the Aqua restaurant on the sixth day was not edible. Dirty clothes were found in our room that had been left there by the previous occupant. The glass on the balcony railing was filthy.
