We literally chose this cruise because the dates worked for the time we had available for Spring Break. We've been on several Royal Caribbean cruises before, and this was definitely a much smaller, older ship. While it's absolutely not the nicest...we looked past that and had a wonderful time. The staff was so sweet and helpful. Customer service everywhere was really top notch. Entertainment was good.
We booked adjoining Junior Suites -- my husband and I in one room, our teenagers in the adjoining room. It was PERFECT! Rooms were nice, clean, and spacious (for a cruise ship room). We ate every dinner in the main dining room, and it was excellent! They try hard to get you to have dinner at Chops -- but I don't know why you would. Our wait staff, service, and food quality were so good in the main dining area.
We had a blast in Coco Cay and Key West, but I definitely don't recommend the excursion to Atlantis. We paid $660 for four of us to go, and it was really a rip off. By the time the buses got us to Atlantis and we hiked the endless walk to the main area -- we had about enough time to stand in long lines for 3 rides, play at the beach for a short amount of time, eat the tiniest horrible burger ever, and catch the bus back to the ship. If our port in Nassau was longer, it might have been worth it. But $660 was ridiculous for the time we had to be there. Just a heads up!
Perfect! Clean and spacious. Our room attendant was literally at our beck and call for anything we could possibly need.
We rented a golf cart and went around Key West on our own. Absolutely beautiful, nice day, great restaurants and music, and plenty of time to really enjoy our day. Loved the golf cart rental. Fun way for the 4 of us to get around town at our own pace. Two big thumbs up!
