Sail Date: Mar 2017
Cabin: Cloud 9 Spa Balcony

We booked a Balcony Spa cabin, because the Suites and Havanas were sold out. We talked to several fellow cruisers and to snatch one of the Havana Cabins you need to book like 1.5 years in advance, simply not possible for us. We can only book 3 months in advance due to busy schedules and work.

We booked this cruise for the ports of call and because my husband wanted to sail on the new Vista. We cruised on the Glory and Liberty before. The ship was fully sold out with 4500 passengers on it. Lots of families and kids due to Spring Break. If you have kids, there are plenty of activities.

The embarkation process was fine and very organized. Since we booked only 3 months in advance, the Faster to Fun Passes were sold out. However, I don't think it is necessary. We were on board at 12:45 pm, luggage was there around 4 pm. No big deal. Just back whatever you need in between in a carry on.

Small bathroom that was not proper cleaned on embarkation. Carpet stained. Dusty and paneling fell off by door. Furniture partly broken.
