The cruise was an awesome experience. The Oasis of the Seas is a huge ship with many activities. I particularly enjoyed the Headliner Show and the various game shows that were available. The cruise director and many of the people that managed the game shows were hilarious. The cabin was okay. It was clean and fairly spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The only complaint I had about the room was the tv. It had lines through it and was not the best. The all-inclusive drink package is cheaper if you book online on the cruise planner. It is $400 if bought ahead of time and $500 if bought on the cruise. There is also a 10 drink card you can buy for $93. The drink card is what we opted to do since we are not soft drink crazy and I did not think we could drink that much. Haiti, Jamaica, and Cozumel Ports were a lot of fun. Haiti is really just a Royal Caribbean-owned beach. The food is provided by Royal Caribbean and your drink package will work there as well. The Artisan Market in Haiti was sort of stressful. They push their sales hardcore. Also, the set the prices fairly high to begin with but they do bargain. The bargaining seems to be expected. The Fun Spree Excursion in Jamaica did not give enough of a tour. It would have been nice to have seen a little more. Cozumel was great. We took a quick (15 minutes) cab ride to Mr. Sanchos all-inclusive beach (only $59). The drinks and food were very good. The staff there were phenomenal. I highly recommend this non-Royal Caribbean sponsored beach.
The cabin was fairly spacious and very clean. The king sized bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the TV had lines going through it and was not in the best shape. Overall it was a pretty good room.
We took the Island Fun Spree. It was not on the cruise planner but was available on board. We drove the Jamaica and ended up in Montego Bay.
We took a cab to Mr. Sanchos. It was an all-inclusive day at a resort type of beach. It was a lot of fun and very clean. The cost was $59 and the $20 cab ride.
