Sail Date: Mar 2017
Cabin: Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony
Traveled with children

We booked two staterooms. Picked the cruise based on kids spring break schedule and timing. Tried several times to have the kids room ready with the bunk beds down. it took most of the day and several requests to unlock the adjoining rooms and set up the bunk beds. Kids were tired and wanted to actually take a nap. Took forever to get rooms cleaned. Food on Windjammer buffet was poor, low end, cold, no taste. Nothing like we expected from our last cruise on Regal Princess a few months ago. There was one show like Sat. Night Fever. which was poor audio, trashy, and not family friendly. We walked out of the show. Ice skating on a ship sounded so fun but the rink was dangerous with the worst ice ever experienced. Booked numerous shore trips. The one in Grand Cayman was a disaster with waiting around for 4 hrs to finally find out it was all messed up and most people wasted the day and cancelled. The attitude was tuff bleep at the customer desk. It wasnt about losing the money but the entire day in Cayman screwed up and you cant get that back. They should have done a comp other tour or dining or drinks or something to make us feel better.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Bathroom shower cracked, dirty floor, bad towels and linens. Sewage smell from down the hall.

Port Reviews

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

Way too many boats at sting ray city sand bar to the point it was dangerous with boats and anchor lines around kids and bumping into everyone. Booked with cruise line for reef snorkel and then sting ray city. Was on the first tender boat off the ship at 930 am and tour was for 11 am. They kept saying to check back in 15 minutes and this went on until 130 pm and we still had not left on the tour and were trapped in the waiting port area under a tent. Finally cancelled and booked on another local vendor to try and do something the last few hours there. Wasted day in what should have been the best port.
