Great ship, David Clark, Cruise DIrector was fun and personable and a great entertainer too!! Matt 54 was on the cruise we took 2 yrs. ago and is a wonderful guy!! My sister & I were happy to see him again, and as an Asst. Cruise Dir. He is sooo much fun, tells great stories and had a ball at the line dance lessons and country dance night....he mixes all ages 16-80 in his lounge games and is just a HOOT!!

The food was good, service impeccable and we enjoyed the NE lobster better than 2 yrs. ago. The desserts were great and a good variety. We love the Intl'. Cafe, but wish they had more salads available. Room Service for a light breakfast was good, as was Horizon 2 mornings. We ate 2 breakfasts in the dining rooms and they were quick and delicious, especially disembarkation day. We appreciated that as we were up very early. We loved the entertainment, Piano Man show great and Nathan Foley was wonderful and enjoyed his 2 shows. Voice of the Ocean was fun and loved all the judges....there were a good variety of acts and the theatre was packed....a Win, Win evening!! Disappointed we missed the variety show at 9 due to a staff members injury earlier, but we visited the casino and had fun. The Motown DJ Night in Skywalkers was fun and we got to dance some.

What can we say..."we love the Sanctuary"!! We went right upstairs after checking into our cabin and reserved 2 afternoons during the sea days and felt sooo pampered! It is nice and relaxing and loved the English tea and scones, etc. Only downfall is you can't make a reservation ahead of time...that would be a plus. Has Princess ever thought of offering 10 minutes free internet the last night so passengers can print out their boarding passes? It would sure mean a lot to us and be good customer service. Front Passenger desk employees get an A+ for friendliness and ability to help, all with a smile.

Cabin Review

Oceanview (obstructed view)

Cabin OW

Smooth sailing mid-ship and the obstructed view was not bad. We were between 2 b oats, so could see the ocean and sunset well. DonDon was a great steward and plenty of storage and sleeping room too and bathroom small but OK. One BIG problem was the noise in the cabin at night...not the neighbor's TV as a crew member checked for us, but the music from Crooners & Explorers comes up the stairs/elevators and right in our hallway! We did call the front desk for 3 nights, and a clerk, then supervisor Monica moved us on the 3rd night and there was no noise and we finally could sleep. We appreciated here efforts and it was much quieter. Next time would go higher up and not stay near a stairway.

Port Reviews

Belize City

We did some shopping here, but shops were very crowded and loud music. Some things were cheap quality and/or prices not listed. We walked around and it was VERY hot, so we enjoyed a few hours and returned to ship. We wondered why the cruise ship stops here as there is no beach and not much other than shopping.

Cozumel

Took a taxi for $8 to Sand Dollar Beach area to meet up with tour and put things in locker for only $2, and Roger gave us an hour snorkel tour thru the reef area, picking up starfish sea cucumber, fish, etc.....very good. It was slippery walking on rocks to get into the snorkel area, but men were there to help out. We liked watching snuba and divers there too.We got to relax, swim and then have lunch and drinks right there in the restaurant and then left in time to get back to cruise ship....We did stop to do some shipping and get some liquor .

This was our best day. Wish we would stay 2-3 more hours!! Love Cozumel and people so nice.
