Wanted to experience the Regal. Kinda disappointed here. Think we'll go back to the smaller, more elegant ships. The spa was in the wrong location and was not up to quality of other ships: the heated stone tables were not heated and there was always a throng on people in the therapy pool.

Main dining room food was mediocre at best and the service let us wanting (took over 35 minutes to be served our desert). Our confirmed seating time was supposed to be six o'clock at a table for 2; however, we were seated at a table for six and time was changed to 1730. Only ate there twice and elected to eat in the Horizon Cafe'. Actually preferred the food up there instead of the DR. One other thing, the bread was old, hard and tasteless.

On a positive side, the ship is gorgeous and spotless. The crew and staff were top notch and friendly. Kudos for Capt Street and the bridge officers for keeping the passengers informed on the progress of the ship and weather conditions. . .well done!
