This was my 1st cruise EVER. I traveled with my daughters age 14 and 20. We had an interior cabin, 2 floor twin beds with 1 overhand twin bed. The room is small but enough room for the 3 of us with luggage. Adequate closet space to house clothes, drinks and water. Bathroom is small, but its a cruise, you can survive the tiny space.

Advice: purchase the bottle water for your cabin $4.50. It will come in handy. Also bring your own soda. each traveler can bring 1 12-pack of soda. It was perfect for that late night sip of soda. Make use of the daily activity sheet. It is well planned and useful. OOOHH YES.....if its your first time, please take the ship tour on day 1. It is a big ship and the tour will be helpful in getting to know where to go.

NO Way: The food. This was terribly disappointing! If you have ever been to Golden Corral, a high school cafeteria or a hospital, then you will surely recognize the food on Carnival Liberty. The dining room has a wonderful presentation with the linen table cloths, wine and water glasses, heavy silverware and then the food........it does not live up to the presentation. I ate salmon 3 days in a row for dinner because there was nothing else with any real seasonings or taste. There is a burger joint on deck 9 that was perfect. But who wants to eat burgers everyday!
