The ship has nice facilities however the service was not great. My bed was made up on the first day with green marker showing all over the pillow. It was on top so the guy making up the room had to have seen it and did not care. He also never removed a used glass or plate from the cabin the entire trip. Service in the main dining room was also not fabulous. The waiter had a terrible attitude. For example, we were giving our drink order to the beverage waitress and he gave us dirty looks because he had to wait 10 seconds to give us the specials of the night. The beverage waitress was very sweet but got a lot wrong. Most of the food was pretty good and the drinks were made well. The lineup of shows was pretty disappointing although the Bon Jovi cover band was entertaining.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

The room was comfortable and even though it was near the rear of the ship, I did not experience a lot of rocking.
