My Wife & I chose this Holland America Company purposely…as we were expecting a 5 star experience…especially after seeing numerous ads on television saying “Savor the Experience”. We spent top dollar for the Best Cabin- the Neptune Suite.

Holland America has a lot to learn on how to handle a VIP guest…as they believe all it takes is a larger room with better sheets & pillows. The reality is…you are treated like everyone else on the ship…with very little service and the most unorganized management style (waiting in lines constantly for EVERYTHING with lousy food too).
