It was NCL 's first big ship but not as good as Getaway or Escape. You would think the food choice would be the same but not on the Epic. The buffet just repeats the same poor choice many times instead of different choice. The upper decks have no way to walk around the ship like the sister ships and the pool area has too much wasted space instead of chair space or area to view whats going on on deck. I traveled solo as I do most times , the Studio cabins were not the same. It is bad when you hear guest in the next rooms phone conversations and every cough . The bed sheets were not changed daily in my room or some of others that I spoke with. Somethings can not be changed but the food could and seating around the pool needs attention. The cruise next program for NCL is great and the Studio lounges are a great time.
