This cruise was chosen for us by a friend of family member. the ship was beautiful; however, the bartenders on the Lido deck need serious customer service training. long wait due mostly to the bartenders not asking who is next (or caring for that matter). Bartender Lin stated to me "ma'am you NEED to take those plates around the corner" referring to plates from lunch. I did as I was told but wait! I'm not on staff there (oh well) the entertainment in the Lido area around the pools were terrible!!! there should have been party music instead of a documentary about Celine Dion. it was very depressing and not appropriate for a vacation setting. We do not want to watch a movie while on vacation in the middle of the day on the Lido deck by the pool. please hire a new cruise director!!!!!! The head waiter at dinner was fantastic!! He needs to train the employees on the Lido deck. we had 6:30 dinner time he was given an extra tip as well. wifi was horrible!!!!! We will be making this an annual vacation. we will explore other cruise lines.
