This was supposed to be a fun Spring Break trip for my family but it was the worst vacation we have ever taken! Both myself and my husband got food poisoning from food we ate on the ship! We returned home dehydrated and very sick!

This was the first and last Carnival cruise we have been on! We cruised with Norwegian three times and Disney once. We were not impressed with the Miracle. The ship was filthy! We had an extended balcony cabin, 8275, looking off the back of the ship. The 21 and over area was one deck above us and we woke up to throw up on our balcony and napkins. They stayed there until the end of the cruise.

This was the roughest ride we ever had on a ship! It was so rough that it opened cabinets, made things fall off tables and rolled us out of bed. The ride was rough going down and returning. I'm not sure if it was because we were on deck 8 or because we were in an aft facing cabin. There was a constant vibration from the engines and then rolling back and forth.

Cabin Review

Aft-View Extended Balcony

Cabin 8N

The cabin had the constant vibration from the engines that shook you while you tried to sleep. The sofa bed did not fold out they just took the cushions off and put a sheet on the seating area. Needless to say my 6 ft 4 in son could not sleep on it because it was so short. The balcony was nice but we did get trash and vomit from the deck above.
